Richard “Dick” L. Clements, age 77 of Clements, passed away on Monday, November 24, 2025, at his home in Clements, MN. A private service will be held at a later date.

Born on August 23, 1948, Dick served his country with dedication and honor. He enlisted in the Unites States Army on May 20, 1970, and deployed to Vietnam, where he rose to the rank of Sergeant. He embodied the spirit of duty and courage, earning numerous accolades including the Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Air Medal, and the Combat Infantryman Badge.

After his military service, Dick pursued his passion for mechanics and motorsports by founding D&D Motorcycle Repair. His shop became a familiar place within the community, known for his skill and long-standing interest in motorcycles. His love for motorsports extended beyond motorcycles as he enjoyed building and racing remote-controlled cars, planes, and boats, hobbies that reflected his creativity and love of hands-on work.

Dick is survived by his sons, Richard Guggisberg, Aaron Guggisberg, and Derek Clements; his daughter, Alicia Lesher; and his sister, Ann Louise Miller. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 2 nieces, as well as many friends and extended family. Dick was preceded in death by his parents.

Dick's life was shaped by service, craftsmanship, and the pursuits he committed to himself throughout the years.
