Kay Welter

Kay P. Welter, 74, of Littleton, Colorado passed away July 4, 2026. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on September 30, 2026 at Morgan City Cemetery in Morgan, Minnesota. Kay was born November 10, 1951, in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, the daughter of the late Frederick J and Jeanette W Lamp.

She was raised in Morgan, Minnesota until the family relocated to Castle Rock, Colorado in 1965. She returned to Morgan, Minnesota in 1983 where she lived until 2021. She returned to Colorado to be closer to family.

Kay is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Frederick Jr. (Wendy) Lamp of Castle Rock, CO; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas (Cathy) Lamp of Uniontown, OH; brother and sister-in-law, Richard (Kari ) Lamp of Aurora, CO.
