Anna Mae Clements Parson, the daughter of Weldon and Alta Clements, was born November 18, 1920 in Three Lakes Township, Redwood County. She grew up in the Clements area and graduated from Wabasso High School in 1940. Anna then earned her medical technician certification in the Twin Cities. In 1944, she married Les Parson in her parents’ home and the couple lived in Fergus Falls, Elbow Lake and Silver Bay before settling in Baxter in 1959. Anna was employed as a medical technician and later as an accountant for Frosty Pine Frozen Foods; however, first and foremost, she was a mother, wife, and homemaker.

Anna is survived by her daughter Tyra Ann Parson-Carlson of Plymouth; her son Les A. Parson (special friend JoAnn) of Babbitt; her sister Muriel (Wally) Ashburn of Maynard; sister-in-law Marian Clements of Willmar; many wonderful nieces and nephews; and her faithful dog Sadie. She was preceded in death by her husband Les; her three brothers; and her son-in-law Ray.

Blessed be her memory.
