Ray volunteered for church dinners and the Fun Fest, and was instrumental in the construction of the church building. He also belonged to the Morgan Lions. Ray served on the township board and as an adult 4-H Leader. He coached softball for 40 years. Ray enjoyed bowling and loved weekends at the lake and supporting all the Cedar Mountain sports teams.
