Evelyn Moldestad, 94, of Redwood Falls died Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Sunwood Good Samaritan Care Center in Redwood Falls. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2012 from St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Redwood Falls with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation, with prayer service, will be held Friday, November 9, 2012, from 5 until 7 p.m., and will continue on Saturday, from 9:30-10:30 a.m., all at the church. Ann Evelyn Schweinfurter was born February 26,1918 in Renville County, the daughter of Mary Machulda and Frank Schweinfurter. She attended country school and Redwood Falls High School. On April 22, 1946, Evelyn married Harold Moldestad at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church. They made their home in Delhi and then moved to the family farm northeast of Delhi.
